Kerala (K.L.) Learner’s Licence (LL) – Eligibility Criteria

You can also apply for a learning licence in Kerala by using the Parivahan website. So, please follow the steps below to apply for a learning licence in Kerala online. 

  • Step 1: Firstly, go to the Parivahan.gov.in website.
  • Step 3: Take your mouse to Online Services and tap on it.
  • Step 4: Now, go to the Driving licence Related Services. As soon as you click on the previously mentioned option, you will be redirected to the following page. 
  • Step 5: Enter your state’s name when you need it.
